Deniz Benzetsel
Hi, I'm Deniz Benzetsel, also known as Alaska on stage. I'm a multifaceted artist born in 2000 in Ankara, Turkey. My passion lies in blending classical music with modern digital artistry.
I'm a cellist, vocalist, and electronic music producer with a classical foundation from Hacettepe Ankara State Conservatory and a Bachelor's in Strings/Cello from Maltepe University. In 2024, I debuted my single "Fanus" as part of the "My City My Voice" project.
Beyond music, I'm a self-taught digital artist, illustrator, and designer. I love exploring the intersection of visual arts and technology, constantly pushing my creative boundaries.
When I'm not creating, you can find me teaching cello or contributing to projects with the Nesin Villages Association, where I continue to learn and grow as an artist and individual.
